RE-WORK: Responding to the great resignation & quiet quitting of young professionals & entrepreneurs through Coworking & Collaborative Workspaces

Project Description
The RE-WORK project aims to explore and support community-based CWS to better meet the needs of young professionals, self-employed and entrepreneurs. This includes the development of vocational education and training (VET) materials and tools to help individuals successfully navigate transitions in the world of work with the aim of overcoming the consequences of high attrition and drop-out and responding to the work-life balance needs and workplace requirements of the younger generation.
Other goals
- Develop a set of attractive, innovative & tailor-made VET resources and tools to introduce bottom-up, needs-based.
- Build the knowledge of VET trainers and providers on the topic and their capacity to provide relevant learning/awareness opportunities to learners; and therefore, contribute to responding to the needs of young professionals by providing access to (continuing) VET training on successfully managing labour market transitions.
- Raise awareness on the benefits and opportunities offered by collaborative business models and methods and stimulate young professionals’ interest in community-led Coworking and CWS.
